We’re Ryan and Amy, both 4th-generation farmers and the 3rd generation to work Ryan’s family farm in west-central Minnesota. We inherited a deep love for good beef and registered cattle, and we’ve continued the operation much as Ryan’s grandpa did.

In 2016, we introduced the Wagyu breed into our herd — and absolutely fell in love! This incredible meat is something we’re passionate about sharing with the world. We believe some of life's most special moments happen when we gather around good food at the table, and we want to help create those moments.
