Our products come frozen with dry ice. Please arrange to receive your package in a timely manner. Any remaining dry ice should be discarded responsibly, see FAQs for more info. All orders for the week will be processed by Monday at 5pm CT. We ship every Tuesday. Orders placed after 5pm CT on Mondays will ship the next week's Tuesday.

Shipping carrier: We typically ship via UPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the continental U.S. typically arrive within 2-5 business days. If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.
