How soon can I expect my delivery?

All of our meats ship frozen. So arriving in a timely manner is important to us. Depending on where you live within the continental U.S., your order is expected to arrive in 2-5 business days. We ship every Tuesday via UPS. Tracking information will be sent to your email address provided during check out.

What should I do with leftover dry ice from my package?

Any remaining dry ice should be left outside or in a well ventilated area, in the container that it came in to sublimate until it is gone. Keep away from children or pets.

What should I do with questions about my order?

What if my package is taking longer than expected?

We cannot be held liable to delays due to carrier services or inclement weather. We will do our best to accommodate any foreseeable delays and communicate any changes immediately to you through the email provided.
